“I have been working with the Nepali Congress party as an active cadre since 1991. I am hopeful that the party will nominate me as a candidate for the CA elections,” Pradhan said at a press conference on Tuesday. [break]
Pradhan expressed hope that the NC would make him a candidate from election constituency number 2 of Sunsari district under the first-post-the-past electoral system.
“I hope the party will make me a candidate from the constituency no.2. If the party nominates me under the proportional electoral system that will also be acceptable to me,” he said. Pradhan also expressed his desire to contribute more to the NC in the days ahead.
