KATHMANDU, Dec 8: In lack of party representatives, voting at Jhapa-5 is yet to begin in the district. Earlier, voting was expected to start at 12:30 PM. KP Oli from CPN-UML and Khagendra Adhikari from Nepali Congress are top competitors in the constituency.
