A total of nine Japanese films are going to be screened in ‘Japanese Film Festival’. The film festival is going to take place on March 22, 23, at Tribhuvan Army Officers’ Club, Sundhara and on March 29 and 30 at Embassy of Japan, Panipokhari. The Embassy of Japan and Japan Foundation, in cooperation with the Japanese Language Teachers’ Association Nepal (JALTAN), are organizing this film festival.
This film festival was recently held at Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Gaira Patan on March 15 and 16. However, in Pokhara, only four movies were screened.

The movies include ‘5 Centimeter per Second’, ‘Hana no Ato’, ‘Pop In Q’, ‘From Me to You’, ‘Noriben’, ‘Survival Family’, ‘Ninja Kids’, ‘Time of Eve The Movie’, and ‘It’s Beautiful Life-IRODORI’.
The films will also have English subtitles to make it easy to understand for the attendees at the film festival.
