Jan 4 was polluted: Data shows

KATHMANDU, Jan 5: Kathmandu's air quality is degrading day by day. As per the Valley Pollution Index on Friday, morning hours from 8 am and 9 am were the most polluted hours and remaining other hours were also crossing the WHO and Govt standards.
