It is time I land

It is time I land

Well, it is time
I land
To the concrete, dusty city
Desperate to welcome with
Stacks of garbage
And honks of vehicles
Routines of strikes
And lots of mishaps
Tears of deceit
And myriads of mousetraps
However, I will land
For those beauty
I have long missed
The beauty of sufferings
Suffering yet so proudly
Salmagundi of despair and hope
On a ‘Karahi’ when stirred
Sweats and souls evaporates
Air blends, Kathmandu transcends
Under the canopy of clouds
Stampede of people breathe
Breathe but the mystic air
Been a long – I haven’t been a part of it
Part of the suffering
Of the aura
However, I know what my lungs look forward to
The holy and mystic land Kathmandu!
