Inter-campus National Men’s Volleyball today

KATHMANDU, April 9: : Ratna Rajya Laxmi Campus (RR)’s Free Student Union (FSU) is set to organize the Vice Chancellor Inter-campus Men’s National Volleyball Tournament from today.

KATHMANDU, April 9: : Ratna Rajya Laxmi Campus (RR)’s Free Student Union (FSU) is set to organize the Vice Chancellor Inter-campus Men’s National Volleyball Tournament from today.


Speaking at a press meet in the capital on Sunday, the organizers informed that the tournament will be played at the campus’s court. A total of 22 teams—19 from inside the valley and three from outside—will take part in the tournament. The teams will be divided into two groups and the matches will be played in knockout format. The top two teams of each group will contest in the final, while the runner-up teams will vie for the third place.

The organizers further informed that the winner of the tournament will take home Rs 50,000, while the runner-up will be rewarded with Rs 30,000. The third-placed team will bag Rs 20,000. Likewise, the best player of each category will be prized with Rs 5,000 each. The curtain raiser of the tournament will see Kailali Multiple Campus take on Jaya Multiple Campus.
