Indian tourist found dead

BUTWAL, July 4: An Indian boy died and another went missing after being washed away by the swollen Tinau River in Rupandehi.

Two Indian boys who had come to visit the Siddha Baba temple in Palpa drowned while swimming in the local Tinau River. They had come to visit Nepal on Sunday in a group of 60 people from Dohariya Gorakhpur UP.

After visiting the temple, they went to swim in the Tinau River near the suspension bridge, Tinau Rural Municipality, Palpa. Among them, two people drowned and one person has been found dead today (Monday).

One person is still missing. According to Nepal Police, Nanda Kumar Nisad, 18, of Dohoriya Gorakhpur was found dead on Monday on the banks of the Tinau River in Lamachaur of Butwal-19. Sunny Kumar, 18, has not been found yet. Police said that the search for him was on.
