KATHMANDU, April 7: President of India, Ram Nath Kovind said that India was willing to expand cooperation that was in line with Nepal’s priorities to ensure stability and economic prosperity in the Himalayan nation.
The president expressed so after receiving visiting Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli at Rashtrapati Bhawan.

“India’s abiding interest is in the stability and economic prosperity of Nepal. India stands ready to expand cooperation with Nepal as per Nepal’s priorities,” the President tweeted.
He also stressed that Nepal and India shared bonds of friendship and cooperation that “no other countries in the world have.”
Earlier, PM Oli had expressed that friendship was one of the most important things that Nepal expected from its neighbors, especially India in changing context.
