KATHMANDU, March 5: Ambassador of India to Nepal, Vinay Mohan Kwatra, has presented his credentials to President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Thursday.
Amid a function held at the President's Office, the ambassador presented his credentials to Bhandari.
Ambassador Kwatra is the 25th Ambassador of India to Nepal.
He has succeeded Ambassador Manjeev Singh Puri, who completed his tenure as Ambassador to Nepal in December 2019.
Kwatra called on Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun at the latter's office later today. Likewise, he also called on Defense Minister Ishwar Pokharel.
Meanwhile, Non-residential ambassadors of Seychelles Republic Thoms Selby Pillay and Mexico Federico Salas Lotfe also presented their letters of credence to President Bhandari today.
