KATHMANDU, September 5: Nepal lost 1-2 to India in their second international football friendly on Sunday with Farukh Choudhary and Sunil Chhetri scoring the goals for India.
While Farukh Choudhary scored the first goal on behalf of the Indian team in the 62nd minute, Indian captain Sunil Chhetri scored another goal in the 80th minute of the match, paving the way for the easy win for India.

Despite an impressive performance throughout the match, Nepali team could not score any goal till the end. It was Tej Tamang, who scored a goal for nepal on 86th minute of the game
The Indian team was not very impressive throughout the match. But the two big moments saw Farukh and Sunil find the back of the net and India walked away with the win.
Earlier on Thursday, Nepal drew 1-1 against India in the first of the two international friendlies held at Dashrath Stadium in Kathmandu. The friendlies are in preparation for the SAFF Championships, which will be held in Maldives from October 3 to 13.
