KATHMANDU, Dec 5: Distribution of voter identity cards has begun from today for the second phase election of House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly held on coming Thursday in 45 districts.

Election Commission has allocated Tuesday and Wednesday to distribute the cards from the concerned polling center in 45 districts.
