In Pictures: Sewer pipe breaks in front of Singha Durbar East Gate

KATHMANDU, Feb 1: A sewage pipe has broken in front of the east gate of Singha Durbar. Due to the breakage in the sewer pipe, half of the road is filled with dirty water and the traffic on this route has been obstructed.

Due to the bursting of the sewer pipe, the road has become muddy and pedestrians and vehicle drivers are having problems. The government is also oblivious to the problem at the East Gate of Singha Durbar since Tuesday afternoon.

It can be seen that the government has not taken any initiative to manage the burst sewer pipe. Locals around the area are also facing problems due to the stench of sewage.
