ILAM, May 25: Bimala Limbu, 26 was severely injured after her husband, Madan Limbu stabbed her multiple times after a fit on Thursday night. A resident of Maijogmai rural municipality-5, Bimala passed away while undergoing treatment at District Hospital. The deceased had multiple wounds in stomach and chest, according to Superintendent and chief of District Police Office, Madhav Prasad Shrestha.

The husband, who was at large following the incident was arrested by the police from the crime scene early morning today.
