Addressing a function organized by Milijuli Matrishishu Savings and Cooperative at Balephi Rural Municipality-2 on Saturday, he said that the solution to the political problem would come from the reinstated House.


Speaker Sapkota said, “I am the Speaker today because of your votes. You have made me the head of one of the three organs of the state, I will not betray your faith and trust.”
