KATHMANDU, April 7: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has admitted that he could not work for 100 days after taking the leadership of the government due to political ups and downs. He came to Gorkha on Friday to participate in the golden jubilee ceremony of Gorkha Hospital and assured that the government's other works will be accelerated along with development.
"The 100 days of the government were full of political ups and downs," he said about the alliance with the Nepali Congress (NC), adding, "But it landed where it should have gone. It is a matter of happiness for all of us."

He said that since he is the Prime Minister after being elected from Gorkha, he will do his best for the development of Gorkha.
“This is where the people's representative elected by you became the prime minister. We have to make good use of it.”
Dahal also inaugurated the ICU room in the hospital.
Chief District Officer of Gorkha Dinesh Sagar Bhusal apprised the prime minister about the problems of the district.
He said that some development projects in the district have been stalled for years. "The problem of exploitation of natural resources in Gorkha should be controlled by introducing a strict law," he said. He also urged the PM to activate the role of the province in disaster management.
