Huawei becomes stronger in world market

KATHMANDU, July 12: Huawei’s products and services are available in more than 170 countries and are used by one-third of the world’s population.

It is ranked second in the world for mobile phone with a shipment of over 200 million in 2018 and 100 million as of May 2019. Not just smartphones, Huawei is embarking in wearable and accessories as well. A recent study of IDC showed that Huawei’s wearables rank first in growth in the first quarter of 2019 and third in global shipment.

One of its accessories, Huawei watch GT was sold more than 2 million units globally. With an increasing brand position worldwide (47th Position in BrandZ), success in sales of smartphones and leading in 5G technology way ahead of other countries turned out to be major insecurity for the US. Hence, the US tried its best to stop a technologically advanced company to gain its own interest.

However, just recently the US made a move to lift the ban where US companies will continue to sell its products to Huawei. Amid this situation globally, let’s take a look at what our market has to say. As you know now that Huawei has become a very hot topic in the media’s recently. And why it shouldn’t be?

After all, it’s leading the 5G technology. Its 5G is much advanced than other countries which would bring positive changes in human civilization.
