KATHMANDU, Aug 5: The National Concern and Coordination Committee under the National Assembly has expressed its dissatisfaction with the government for ignoring its directions.
The committee has come up with the discontent for overlooking the directions given to the government to address the demand of the locals in the major projects including Fast Track, Budhi Gandaki Hydro Project and Nijgadh International Airports.
The committee had instructed the government to solve the issues raised by the locals citing it as the public interest. However, on the other hand, the concerned ministries have failed to implement the instruction of the panel. While preparing the annual report, the committee has made an effort to make the government more accountable toward these issues.
