KATHMANDU, July 20: A meeting of the House of Representatives– the lower house of the federal parliament– scheduled for today. The meeting is going to be held at 11AM in the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor.
In today's meeting, Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota is scheduled to read out the letter regarding the verification of the bills received from the President's office.

Similarly, Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Mohammad Istiaq Rai, will present the Nepal Engineering Council (First Amendment) Bill with the report of the Development and Technology Committee, which originated in the National Assembly, for discussion in the parliament.
Likewise, Women, Children and Senior Citizens Minister Uma Regmi has an agenda to present a proposal to discuss the Senior Citizens (First Amendment) Bill, 2075 BS along with the report of the Women and Social Committee.
