KATHMANDU, June 18: The House of Representatives (HoR) is holding a meeting today to discuss ministry-wise budget allocations.


The meeting will commence at 11:00 AM in the Federal Parliament building, New Baneshwor.

Today's agenda includes continued discussions on various topics of the Appropriation Bill, 2081 BS, with a focus on the budgets for the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, the National Planning Commission, the Office of the Vice President, and the Office of the President.


MPs Amresh Kumar Singh, Prem Suwal, Roshan Karki, Rajendra Lingden, Gyan Bahadur Shahi, Dhruba Bahadur Pradhan, and Bina Lama are scheduled to submit proposals to reduce the expenditures of various ministries under the Appropriation Bill, 2081 BS.
