KATHMANDU, July 26: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) is being held today at the Federal Parliament building at 1 PM today.
In today's meeting, Speaker Devraj Ghimire is scheduled to read out the letter received from the President's Office regarding the assignment of duties. Likewise, the speaker will read out the letter from the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers regarding the assignment of duties.

Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Dhanraj Gurung issued an order to amend the procedures of the Commission in accordance with the decision of the Government of Nepal and the Council of Ministers, which is based on Nepal Act on the Commission on Investigation of Disappeared Persons, Truth and Reconciliation 2071 BS as per sub-section (2) of section 42.
There is also an agenda to present a proposal to the House and Minister for Education, Science and Technology Ashok Kumar Rai that the Nepal University Bill, 2080 BS, originated in the National Assembly, should be sent to the relevant committee for discussion.
