The release states, "As such activities are taking place, essential vehicles such as flagged vehicles, vehicles used by security agencies, ambulances, fire engines, etc., do not require a vehicle pass to drive on public holidays, so please make the necessary arrangements accordingly and let the general public be informed about it. If you have to drive even during the day, it is requested that you strictly implement the mandatory vehicle pass system.”
