KATHMANDU, March 21: Nepal Police personnel who were busy having their lunch at a mess operated by the Metropolitan Police Circle, Anamnagar were taken by surprise to see Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa all of a sudden before them. As the minister showed up at the mess, they in no time stood up from their respective seats to greet the Minister. They were urged to take their seats and keep eating.

They seemed clueless when the Minister proposed to have his lunch with them and asked whether lunch for him and his delegation team was available. He took his lunch in company with them.
