KATHMANDU, May 18: The hearing on a writ petition filed at the Supreme Court against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and six other ministers seeking to scrap their oath of office and secrecy is scheduled for Tuesday.

Earlier, senior advocate Chandrakanta Gyawali and advocates Lokendra Oli, Nawaraj Adhikari, Santosh Bhandari and Raj Kumar Suwal filed a writ petition at the apex court demanding to scrap the oath of office and secrecy taken by PM Oli and six other ministers.

PM Oli, during his swearing-in program on May 14, had refused to pronounce a word, courting a serious controversy.
