Veteran artist Hari Bansha Acharya's new song 'Karkalo Kokyaula' has been released amid an event on Thursday at Raising Mall, Durbar Marg.

Acharya has sung the song, penned the lyrics, and given music to it. The song arranged by Kiran Tuladhar has been mixed by Shyam Shwet Rasaili. The music video featuring Acharya, Swastima Khadka, Mahesh Tripathi, Navin Lamsal, and Ghanshyam Pandey is directed by Manav Subedi.


The video tells the story of how a Nepali student is tricked and becomes a victim of trafficking. IGP Shailesh Thapa Chhetri, who was the special guest at the event, expressed happiness over being a part of Mahjodi’s project. He said that the actors have done an excellent job. He also said that he liked the role of the police in the video. He also urged to spread the social messages through songs and videos to rural areas of Nepal.


At the same time, social activist Anuradha Koirala said that she was touched by the artist's acting and theme. She also said that children are being exploited through social media and apps like emo. Another senior comedian Madan Krishna Shrestha thanked the team for the informative video.
