KATHMANDU, Nov 24: Hotel Association Nepal (HAN) has said that the Nepali hospitality industry won't compromise on security of tourists.
Referring to a new travel advisory issued by the US Embassy in Kathmandu on the eve of first phase of provincial and parliamentary elections, the association has also urged the government to direct security agencies and all concerned to make sure that tourists do not face any problem during the elections.
"Tourist arrival figures is expected to cross the one million mark this year. The elections should in no way affect this momentum," HAN said. It has also urged tourists to enjoy their stay in Nepal without worrying about anything.
