Speaking at the 41st annual general meeting of Rupandehi Chamber of Industries, general secretary of NCP, Bishnu Paudel, said that the government led by Prime Minister KP Oli has been able to consolidate the relations with the two immediate neighbors. “The NCP-led government is strengthening the relationship with India that was in trouble after the 2015 blockade. Now, Nepal has sound relations with both the governments,” he said.
Paudel also said the state visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping also helped to improve relations with the northern neighbor. “The agreements reached with the Chinese government during Xi visit will be beneficial for the development of the country,” Paudel said.
