Govt transfers five secretaries

KATHMANDU, June 10: The government has transferred five secretaries. A cabinet meeting held recently decided to transfer five secretaries.


The government has transferred National Planning Commission Secretary Kewal Bhandari to the Ministry of Labor and Employment. Bhandari was working in the NPC for the last four years. After being promoted from joint secretary to secretary, Bhandari got the ministry for the first time.

Secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Ek Narayan Aryal, has been transferred to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. Toya Narayan Gyawali, secretary of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, has been transferred to the National Planning Commission.


Similarly, Mani Ram Gelal, secretary of the Ministry of Water Supply, has been transferred to the Prime Minister's Office, while Ram Aadhar Shah, who is working in the Prime Minister's Office, has been transferred to the Ministry of Water Supply.
