KATHMANDU, Feb 20: The government has decided to provide Rs 10 billion to the Election Commission for holding local level elections.
Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Ramesh Lekhak said that the cabinet meeting on Monday evening took the decision to release the budget immediately.
The same cabinet meeting took the decision to hold the local level elections on May 14.
