In a notice published on the ministry's official website on Wednesday, MoHP has said the applications should be filed within a week and recruitment on a contract basis would be made on “first come first serve basis”.

Lack of human resources in the government-run facilities is hampering efforts to treat the confirmed cases and contain the outbreak of the coronavirus diseases (COVID 19) in Nepal. Of the total 687 samples tested until March 24, altogether 684 cases were negative. One patient has recovered while two are being treated in Shukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital, Teku.
