The Acting PM said all demands of teachers would be addressed by the government and parliament together remaining within the parliament's due process, dignity and tradition.

Khadka, who is also the Vice President of the Nepali Congress, said, "I have said that the demands which do not clash with the constitution and which are tenable to the country's economy can be addressed."

According to him, the talks with the agitating teachers were held under the Deputy Prime Minister's (his) leadership after the teachers refused to hold talks with the employees at first and with even the Education Minister later.

"We have addressed the teachers' grievances and demands through talks. The government is fully committed to the agreement," he reiterated.
