Hearing the case, a single bench of Judge Surya Nath Adhikari of Kathmandu District Court sent Siwakoti along with his accomplice Badri Thapa to jail for investigation.
He has been charged of embezzling millions of rupees with promises that he would build Manjushree Academy.
