Gold price reaches all-time high of Rs 152,600 per tola

KATHMANDU, Aug 18: The price of gold has reached an all-time high in the domestic market on Sunday.

KATHMANDU, Aug 18: The price of gold has reached an all-time high in the domestic market on Sunday.


According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the price of fine gold has been fixed at Rs 152,600 per tola, rising by Rs 3,000. This price has set a new record.

Earlier, the record-high price of gold was reached on August 13 - at Rs 150,800 per tola, marking an increase of Rs 2,100 per tola from the previous day.


Meanwhile, the price of silver has also increased today. The price of silver has increased by Rs 50 per tola and the metal is being traded at Rs 1,810 per tola on Sunday
