KATHMANDU, Sept 10: The price of gold increased by Rs 200 per tola in the domestic market on Tuesday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, gold is now priced at Rs 152,400 per tola.
On Monday, the price was Rs 152,200 per tola. Compared to last Friday, when the price fell by Rs 1,200 per tola, Sunday's trading price was Rs 152,100 per tola. Last Friday, gold prices had reached a peak of Rs 153,300 per tola.

The price of silver rose by Rs 10 per tola to Rs 1,765. On Monday, the trading price of silver was Rs 1,755 per tola, while on Sunday, it was Rs 1,750 per tola.
In the international market, the price of gold reached US$ 2,501.38 per ounce on Monday. Previously, it was US$ 2,498.03 on Monday and US$ 2,497.39 per ounce on Sunday.
The price of silver increased from US$ 28.02 per ounce to US$ 28.26. On Sunday, it was US$ 27.93 per ounce.
