KATHMANDU, Sept 20: The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,500 per tola in the domestic market on the last day of the week (Friday).


According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the price of fine gold is set at Rs 157,100 per tola for today, reflecting an increase from Rs 155,600 per tola on the previous day.

Similarly, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 35 per tola. Silver is being traded at Rs 1,915 per tola, which was traded at Rs 1,880 per tola on Thursday.  


In the international market, gold is priced at $2593.84 per ounce while silver is being traded at $31.05 per ounce.
