KATHMANDU, Oct 21: The price of gold has set new records in the domestic market on Sunday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, gold price has increased by Rs 1,400 per tola, reaching Rs 167,400 per tola on Sunday. This price of gold has surpassed the previous record of Rs 166,700 per tola, set on October 23.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 15 per tola today. Silver is being traded at Rs 2,085 per tola, up from Rs 2,070 per tola on Friday.
