KATHMANDU, Sept 2: The price of gold has dropped again in the domestic market on Monday. After a reduction of Rs 600 per tola the previous day, the price of gold has fallen further today.


According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, the price of fine gold decreased by Rs 300 per tola on Monday, setting the rate at Rs 152,000 per tola.

Last Friday, the price of fine gold was Rs 152,300 per tola.


Similarly, the price of silver also decreased on Monday. Silver is being traded at Rs 1,775 per tola, down by Rs 20 per tola.
