Gold price down to Rs 100,500 per tola

KATHMANDU, April 24: On the first trading day of the week in the gold and silver market on Sunday, the price of gold was fixed at Rs 100,500 per tola.

The price of gold decreased by Rs 400 per tola to Rs 100,500 on Sunday. The yellow metal was traded at Rs 100,900 per tola in the domestic market on Friday.

The price of standard gold decreased from Rs 100,400 per tola on Friday to Rs 100,000 per tola on Sunday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of silver today has been stable at Rs 1,360 per tola.

Similarly, gold is trading at around USD 1,931 per ounce in the international market today.

The federation has been fixing the price of gold and silver in Nepal in line with the transaction price of the international market.
