Gold price declines by Rs 400 per tola

KATHMANDU, May 26: The price of fine gold has decreased in the domestic market by Rs 400 per tola today. The yellow metal is traded at Rs 97, 800 per tola in the market today. The gold was traded at Rs 98 thousand 200 the previous day.

Similarly, the price of spot gold today is Rs 97,300 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ (Fenegosida). 

The price of the gold had reached Rs 97,700 yesterday. Gold is being traded at around USD 1845 per ounce in the international market today. 

The price of silver has decreased as well. The price of precious metal today has decreased by Rs 5 per tola to become Rs 1270 per tola.
