KATHMANDU, Mar 12: Godawari Municipality has felicitated Deepak Shrestha, the two-times gold medal winner of the South Asian Games (SAG), on Sunday. The municipality felicitated the gold winner of the eight and the ninth editions of the SAG, along with the gold medal winner of the eighth edition Ganga Ram Maharjan and the silver medal winner of the 10th SAF Amrita Shakya on the same occasion. All the felicitated players were rewarded with Rs 10,000 each. On the same occasion, wushu’s Nikesh Shrestha was also rewarded with Rs 5,000.
