Goatherd dies after falling off a cliff

MUGU, Feb 4:  Twenty-four-year-old youth has died after falling off a cliff in the district. 

According to Subas Chandra Malla, a teacher at Bhawani Secondary School based in Purumuru, Ramesh Sunar of Jima VDC-6 died after he fell off the cliff while tending goats in the jungle.

Sunar fell some 100 meters down the cliff at Kulaha, Malla told Republica Online over the telephone. He died on the spot.

The incident site is a day’s walk from the district headquarters Gamgadhi.
