Gearing up for ‘Winter Barbecue’

If you love barbecue, then a buffet themed ‘Winter Barbecue’ is the place to be at. Hyatt Regency Kathmandu is all set to host ‘Winter Barbecue’ at The Terrace from November 8. The visitors can enjoy a splendid barbecue buffet. The event that will be held every Friday will allow customers to enjoy authentic tastes of several cuisines by the poolside, along with live music.


According to the press statement issued by Hyatt Regency; the buffet features a wide array of salads, and Teppanyaki Style barbecue, ranging from herb garlic tenderloin steak to shrimp kebabs, orange and dill scented fish fillet, honey soya pork and cajun spiced sausages.

Similarly, people can pick Angara chicken tikka, lamb shish kebab and zafrani til paneer grilled over an open flame amid an event.


Moreover, Japanese Yakitori is also a highlight of the barbecue buffet, served with Teriyaki sauce and Wasabi mayonnaise. From the dessert counter you can have a freshly-made caramelized pineapple sundae with coconut.


The event will also feature a wide selection of western desserts.
