A total of 20 participants were picked for the finale of ‘Nepal’s Plus Size Model 2019’ from its first round’s audition, held at the premises of Siddhi Media, Kuleshwor on Saturday.
With the slogan ‘Our Weakness is Our Strength’, more than 30 contestants participated in the first round of the audition.
Size is just a number
For the first round, the panel of judges included Amit Shah—CEO of Siddhi Media, Luna Gurung—winner of Miss Chubby, Preeti Karki—actor and social activist and Bijeta Thakur—second runner up of Nepal Star Model.
All selected contestants will receive various training such as leadership, motivation development, public speaking, dressing sense, and media skills.
The main objective of the beauty pageant is to polish the skills and motivate the participants. According to a press statement released by Siddhi Media, the winner will win Rs 50,000 cash prize whereas first and second runner-up will receive 30,000 and 20,000 respectively.
