RSP's Gautam to file candidacy for deputy Speaker from ruling coalition

KATHMANDU, Jan 19: Sobita Gautam, a member of parliament (MP) from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is going to run for the post of Deputy Speaker from the ruling coalition.

The election of the Deputy Speaker is being held on Saturday, January 21. The time for the nomination of the Deputy Speaker is from 1 pm to 4 pm on Friday. The names of those who came to register will be announced at 4:15 pm.

Gautam was elected from Kathmandu-2 in the House of Representatives and Province Assembly elections last November 20.
