KATHMANDU, Dec 9: Nepali Congress candidate Gagan Thapa has won the federal parliamentary election from Kathmandu-4. He has won with 3418 votes difference.
According to the Chief Election office,He has secured 21558 votes where as his nearest rival candidate from CPN-UML Rajan Bhattarai garnered 18140 votes.
