LONDON, Aug 14: The funeral of renowned mountaineer Nirmal Purja, popularly known as ‘Nims Dai’, who died in an avalanche on Pakistan’s Broad Peak, will be held in the United Kingdom on August 26.
According to the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) UK, the funeral will take place at 10 am on Wednesday, August 26, in Dorset, UK.

NRNA UK has urged individuals and representatives of organisations wishing to attend the funeral to register their names.
Purja, 43, died in an avalanche on Broad Peak in Pakistan on July 30.
