Free distribution of dress to school students

PALPA, July 5: Each year budget is allocated to poor, differently able, woman groups, children, madhesi, Muslims and for the marginalized groups however, there won't be any proper utilization of the allocated budget. It is always used for less important issues. In order to make proper use of the allocated budget, one ward of the district initiated the budget upon creative things.

PALPA, July 5: Each year budget is allocated to poor, differently able, woman groups, children, madhesi, Muslims and for the marginalized groups however, there won't be any proper utilization of the allocated budget. It is always used for less important issues. In order to make proper use of the allocated budget, one ward of the district initiated the budget upon creative things.


Women of Heklang in Purbakhola rural municipality came up with sewing clothes on their own and distributing to the needy ones.  As a gift they distributed the clothes to the school students.

Sixty-two women had taken training regarding sewing and cutting clothes and they provided dress to students of five schools.


The ward office of the Purbakhola rural municipality has prepared various trainings for young generations and to women for the fiscal year 2074-2075 BS. The budget allocated for children and women is being utilized for conducting various programs and to create income generating activities.  


Sixty-one students from Janapriya Secondary School, twenty-five from Kaal Kalyan Primary School, twenty-one form Baalhit Primary School, thirty-four from Kalika Primary School and twenty-six from Satyawati Primary School have been provided with free school dress.


Hari Bahadur Bahraghare, Chairman, Barahadevi Youth Club said, "Development and change of the society proved to be possible if local representatives take initiation."


Hari Prasad Paudel, Chief Administration Officer, Purbakhola rural municipality said, "Heklang village has been a exemplary village."
