KATHMANDU, May 30: Four people have died in a jeep accident in Surkhet this morning.

KATHMANDU, May 30: Four people have died in a jeep accident in Surkhet this morning.


According to the District Traffic Office in Surkhet, a Bolero Jeep (Bhe 1 Cha 2560) traveling from Surkhet to Kalikot met with an accident near Ratanagala in Birendranagar, under the Surkhet-Dailekh road section.

Police reported that Namraj BK, Tanta BK, and his son Birendra BK from Shubakali Rural Municipality-3 in the Kalikot district died on the spot. The identity of the fourth deceased has not yet been identified.


Additionally, Gopal BK, the brother of one of the injured, Nari BK, stated that Nari BK from Kalikot and the driver, Narendra Bista, were taken to the provincial hospital in Surkhet for treatment.
