Four bills sent for clause-wise discussion

KATHMANDU, March 6: Today's meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) has sent four bills at the concerned committee for clause-wise discussion.


Minister for Finance and Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Yuba Raj Khatiwada presented a proposal seeking to send the 'Public Debt Management Bill-2076', the 'Bank and Financial Institutions (First Amendment)-Bill, 2076', the 'Nepal Rastra Bank (Third Amendment) Bill,2076' to the concerned committee for the discussion.

The proposal was passed by the meeting unopposed.


Similarly, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. Shiva Maya Tumbahamphe, on the behalf of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, presented a proposal seeking to send the 'Federation, State, and Local Level (Inter-Relation Management) Bill-2076' to the concerned committee for its clause-wise discussion.


The meeting passed the proposal unopposed.


Likewise, the meeting unanimously passed the proposal presented by Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Lekhraj Bhatta, seeking consideration on the 'Industrial Enterprises Development Foundation (First Amendment) Bill-2076'.


Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota read out the letter received from the Office of the President regarding cabinet formation in the meeting.
