KATHMANDU, Nov 6: Four youths have been arrested with narcotics from Gongabu in Tokha Municipality–9, Kathmandu.

Police apprehended them from the rented room of Sujal Bishwokarma, where they were living in a tin-roofed shed in Deepjyoti, Gongabu.
Those arrested have been identified as Niraj Lama, 32, Sujal Bishwokarma, 28, Bidur Yangbo, 31, and Roman Rai, 19. Police said a substance resembling brown heroin was recovered from their possession.
