JANAKPURDHAM, Jan 27: Dhanusha Police arrested four young people with illegal drugs in their possession on Thursday. They were apprehended from Janakpur's Pidari Chowk area along with 493 bottles of X-Plane.
Police arrested four individuals for possessing illegal drugs. Among those arrested are Dilsad Nadaf, 22, a auto driver with the number plate Province (2-02-001 S.0356) from Nagarain Municipality-7, Bharosi Yadav,22, and Israin Nadaf, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Pradip Bahadur Chhetri.
Deepak Kumar Purbe, 32, of Janakpurdham sub-metropolitan city 4, the driver of motorcycle number J. 6 P. 178, has also been arrested.
DSP Chhetri said that 10 cartons (493 bottles) of drugs were recovered from the auto driven by Nadaf . Based on confidential information, a joint police team deployed from District Police Office Dhanusha and Narcotics Control Bureau Branch Office, Janakpur found the drugs from the arrested.
According to the District Police Office Dhanusha, the auto rickshaws and motorcycles used by them to transport drugs are also under control. Further investigation into the incident is currently underway.
